1. Returns Eligibility

Because spices and food items are perishable and consumable, we generally do not accept returns once products are delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be approved if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The package was tampered with during delivery

2. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us at coorgspices@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Order Number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Images of outer packaging

Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement product will be shipped, OR
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund timelines:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Bank/payment gateway credit: 5–10 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipment confirmation
  • By contacting our support team immediately after placing the order

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Replacement shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by CoorgSpices.com for approved cases.

7. Quality Assurance

Our spices are:

  • Carefully sourced from Coorg farms
  • Hygienically packed
  • Quality checked before dispatch

Natural variations in color, aroma, or texture may occur and do not qualify as defects.
